This course provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities of nursing educators with an emphasis on course structure, teaching strategies, classroom evaluation techniques, small tutorial groups and in-clinical setting. Additionally, the course highlights principles of adult learning. Participants learn the principles and skills needed to become an effective educator. It includes opportunity for practical application of acquired skills and development of a teaching portfolio
